This property is Dein Properties’ maiden commercial real-estate investment. Thanks to his manufacturing background, Robert Deinarowicz, Jr. saw the potential in this facility for providing space to multiple smaller manufacturing businesses. The East Stroudsburg Volunteer Fire Company (Acme Hose Co. No. 1) will soon be located in 10,000 square feet in the northwest corner of this facility. The improvements to this section of the building are underway and the fire company is expected to take occupancy by the end of 2009.
