Fabricated Components Manufacturing Facility – Occupied
This 95,000 square foot manufacturing plant in Stroudsburg, PA (Stroud Township) is the facility occupied by Dein Properties’ sister company, Fabricated Components, Inc. Robert Deinarowicz acquired this property along with the business assets of Banner Metals, Inc. in 1997 when he moved Fabricated Components from Wharton, NJ. Since that time, Bob has grown Fabricated’s revenue by nearly 600%. Bob partially attributes his ability achieve this kind of growth to lower cost environment of Pennsylvania.
Since 1997, Bob acquired two other companies out of New Jersey and combined them into this manufacturing facility.
