Robert Deinarowicz acquired this property along with the business assets of Banner Metals, Inc. in 1997 when he moved Fabricated Components from Wharton, NJ. Since that time, Robert has grown Fabricated Components, Inc.‘s revenue by nearly 600%. Robert partially attributes his ability achieve this kind of growth to lower cost environment of Pennsylvania.

Since 1997, Robert acquired two other companies out of New Jersey and combined them into this manufacturing facility.
